It's going to be a chastening week oin the training fields of Hartpury College following the record defeat at the hands of Munster .
We were outlcassed in every department, and when the likes of Charlie Sharples is pressured into making simple errors you know you have have problems.
So our hopes of reaching the Heineken Champions Cup quarter-finals are over, and this week's trip to Castres is a dead rubber - although a chance to restore some pride.
Munster march on and could well be a finalist in Newcastle thanks to the likes of fly-half Joey Carbery who scored 26 points in a superb individual show.
For the record Munster led 20-3 at the break with Carberry and Rory Scannell scoring the tries after a Twelvetrees penalty gave us some early hope.
We did score two tries in the second half through Thorley and Balmain - that only served to annoy our visitors who scored through Keith Earls, Andrew Conway and Carbery again.
