ABSA Stadium - Durban

The Kings Park Stadium or ABSA Stadium is a 52,000 all seated, multi purpose sporting venue in Durban. It was renovated in the early 1990's and still remains one of South Africa's best stadiums, hosting many of South Africa's international rugby fixtures over the years.

The Absa Stadium is located at Jacko Jackson Drive, Stamford Hill, Durban, just north of the city centre and is next door to the new soccer stadium currently being constructed for the 2010 World Cup.
The stadium currently hosts the following teams:
* The Sharks in the Southern Hemisphere Super 14 rugby competition
* The Natal Sharks (not to be confused with the above) in South Africa's main domestic rugby competition, the Currie Cup
* The Golden Arrows in the Premier Soccer League

It is the largest city in KwaZulu-Natal. Durban is famous as the busiest port in South Africa and a centre of tourism due to the city's warm climate and beaches. Durban is one of the most popular South African destinations for international tourists.
