Jacques Brunel has moved quickly to address his fly half problem with Tobias Botes the man given a chance against Ireland......
It is at No 10 where Brunel faced his greatest dilemma after Kris Burton failed to perform in the 19-15 defeat to England.
Botes was introduced as a replacementbut was also off target with his kicking as the Italians missed a eight points with the boot .
South African-born Botes, who plays alongside Burton at Treviso at scrum-half, though has been handed the reins at fly-half as Italy search for their first ever Championship defeat of Ireland.
He will partner clubmate Sgarbi eld with Gonzalo Canale dropping to the bench.
