TFTM 2012 - 18: Toby Booth

In the penultimate Thanks for the Memories we say goodbye to head-coach Toby Booth. Your editor spent a very enjoyable evening being "coached" by Toby as part of the combined Tinkerbelles and Fairies charity training session. Just like things you "can't polish" the Tinks/Fairies defy training but Toby gave it a bash and was quite phenomenal in his enthusiam. I could easily understand how he continued Brian's upward trend when Smithy went to England. Cheerio Toby, all the best and if it doesn't work at Bath the Fairies will be more than happy to have you back...

Toby joined our coaching team back in 2002, initially working with the academy, his progress matched many of the players he nurtured as he moved up through the ranks to coach the first team and eventually became Head Coach. Toby has also coached the England Saxons and I don't think many of us would be surprised if he becomes part of the England set-up in the future. Thanks Toby and good luck at Bath.

I wish Toby all the best and every success at Bath (other than against us). He did a lot of good things at and for this club.
