Occupation |
Software Engineer in the Video/TV equipment industry |

Favourite: Movie(s) |
Shawshank Redemption, The Crow, Usual Suspects |

TV Programme(s) |
I watch far too much telly. All the great sit-coms Fawlty Towers, Black Adders, League of Gentlemen. Obligatory – Python. Recently I’m watching far too much CSI. |
|
Book(s) |
Coffin Dancer by Jeffery Deaver. Quite Ugly One Morning by Christopher Bookmyre. Player of Games by Iain M. Banks. Favourite book is The Beach by Alex Garland, I refuse to watch the film as it simply cannot have done it justice. |
|
Music |
Began life as a Zeppelin fan, moved onto the hard rock/heavy metal of the late 80’s early 90’s. Now I try and be eclectic but tend towards the heavier, rockier stuff. Listening to Marilyn Manson – Golden Age of the Grotesque as I type. Foo Fighters, Aerosmith, Metallica, you get the idea. Fave track of all time Wild and Wonderful by The Almighty. |
|
Radio Station(s) |
Radio 4 to and from work, Radio 1 when I get too bored with the news – Mark and Lard are gods. |
|
Food(s) |
Anything spicy, love a good curry – I eat kebabs when sober. Be afraid. |
|
Drinks(s) |
Oi am a zoider driiinker. When volume exceeds comfort, hit the Jack Daniels. Recently converted to the church of AG but still prefer the old apple juice. |
|
Place(s) to visit |
Everyone should see Vegas before they die – it’s a hole but you have to see it. Love the Maldives, heaven. Universal Islands of Adventure in Orlando for fun. |
|
How long supporting LI? |
All my life (but I was born again when LI came to the MadStad) |
|
Best ever LI game (Excluding 2002 cup final) |
Has to be Tigers away this last year, I will always remember jumping around the Crumbly terrace hugging anyone and everyone as the whistle blew. |
|
Favourite LI experience off pitch (Excluding 2002 cup final) |
First visit to Sunbury, after the PG semi against Quins (March 9th 2002). It just felt like home (and the beer was flowing). |
|
How did you start supporting LI? |
Richmond cast-off. The debacle left such a bad taste I didn’t think I could support another team. Went to LI because I missed rugby and discovered I’d never really supported Richmond. LI was such a different, and to me better, experience I’ve never looked back. |
|
What are your non-rugby pastimes? |
Motorcycling, scuba-diving, theme parks (roller coasters), collecting gadgets. |
|
Any Irish connection? |
None whatsoever – but I am “Irish” – plastic and proud. |
|
Most likely to say? |
The wrong thing at the wrong time. |
|
Least likely to say? |
I have no opinion on that |
|
Tell us something about you we don't know. |
I once failed to find my own arse with both hands… |
