Relive any 'non-sports related' moment in your life, what would it be and why?

Fireworks night at Kempton Park the night before I flew off to Australia for the Rugby World Cup. You cannot beat being surrounded by all the people that you truly care about and who care about you, very special night.

Enjoy a 'champagne moment' again in your career which one would it be and why? Being treated to a full day of hostility, with my full team, at the England vs South Africa match at Twickenham a few years ago as a thankyou for completing a major contract negotiation.
Enjoy a 'champagne moment' again in sport which one would it be and why?

Undoubtedly Jonny Wilkinson kicking the winning drop goal at the World Cup Final. If I had the chance to relive it I might actually have the courage to watch it this time!

Personally it would have to be scoring the winning try in the Cornwall Colts Cup Final. Massive underdogs on the day but won through.

Not be asked one question for the rest of your life what would it be? Would you like me to loosen the straps on that strait jacket sir ?
Be a celebrity for the day who would you be?

Homer Simpson

Be a sports star for the day who would it be? Kelly Slater – six times world surfing champion.
Have dinner with 4 people from the past or present who would they be? Oliver Reed, Douglas Bader, Jason Leonard, Peter O’ Toole. ‘Dave’ could sit between me and Sir Jase.
Witness one event from history what would it be?

1956 Hungarian Uprising. So many brave people fighting for their freedom.

Go back in time and give advice to a 13 year old Joe Varga what would it be?
Promise me son not to do the things I've done
Walk away from trouble if you can
Now, it don't mean you're weak
If you turn the other cheek
And I hope you're old enough to understand
Son, you don't have to fight to be a man
Win any sporting event in the world what would it be?

Pipeline Classic surfing contest in Hawaii.

Try out a new sport what would it be? Acapulcan Cliff Diving.
Have one extravagance what would it be? A new set of bionic knees so that I could walk around without the fear of suddenly falling over – even sans AG.
Only ever eat one meal again what would it be?

Goulash soup on a cold day in Budapest. Washed down liberally with a bottle of Bulls Blood.

Live anywhere else in the world where would it be? Cape Town
Support any other Rugby Club which would it be and why? Western Stormers in Cape Town – lovely place to watch rugby and full on craic before and after the game.
Tell us a claim to fame what would it be?

Appeared in Melody Maker, NME and Sounds as third arse from the left at one of Billy Bragg’s early gigs. We livened it up with an impromptu rendition of that rugby classic ‘Singing in the Rain’.

See into the future what do you expect to be doing in 10 years time?

Still modelling but probably for more upmarket magazines.

Only ever drink one drink again what would it be?

Boschendal Blanc de Noir – chilled.

Do any other job other than your current one what would it be?

Restaurant Owner and chef.

Change one thing about yourself what would it be?

I would have a complete set of ligaments in both knees and would grow teeth in all the gaps left by various knocks to the mouth without any dental intervention whatsoever.

Buy one player from past or present to play in London Irish colours who would it be? Gareth Edwards – great inspirational player, with that rarity amongst modern scrum halves – a really good pass and hard as nails.
