£5 off at Esher Rugby this Weekend
By Esher RFC October 9 2008
If you need a fix of live rugby this weekend, but can't get down to Llanelli to watch Harlequins v Llanelli Scarlets, why not pop down to watch some of the other Harlequin players who are on loan to Esher play against Manchester RFC this Saturday.

While Quins are away this weekend, Esher Rugby would like to offer Quins members £5 off adult admission this Saturday for their game against Manchester. To benefit from this offer and see some of the Quins boys playing on loan at Esher, simply take your membership card to the Esher ticket office. (Not valid with any other offer)

For more information, please go to Esher Rugby Club or call 01932 220 295

no didn't go, but I see from the rugby paper that Seb Stegman scored a try.

Yes I was there Prof. Comfortable five point win against the bottom side but Manchester should have done better with a number of chances that they had.

Seb Stegman looked fast and strong and did indeed score a try. George Lowe was in the centre and Seb Jewell, who has been playing fly-half, was moved to the bench at Quins request due to tomorrow's A game. He came on for the last few minutes when the game was won.

He was joined on the bench by Alex Rogers, who also came on in the second half, and James Inglis who I think also made an appearance (although I must admit I lost track of all the changes at the end).

Of former Quins, Dave Millard was at loosehead, Alex Ayling started in the second row and James Hayter was at hooker in his last game for the club as he is apparently moving to the States to start a new job.

A vital win for Esher, following last week's victory at Newbury, as they aim to finish in the top eleven with all the uncertainty about how many teams are going to be relegated. (How can you start a season without knowing the promotion & relegation situation?).

Take your sun glasses ChiddQuin - and your spare cash too - they will be playing in pink in support of the Breakthrough Breast Cancer charity!
