I know it's more of a Wasps thing but it's for a good cause and one of our regular boarders works for Marie Curie Cancer Care

If anyone's left standing after Tani's game I could drag them over to Acton.

Excellent news!

I'm sure my club will enter a team....they are almost all Wasps fans (but don't hold that against them, they are mostly great guys). Plus the Civil Service Baa Baas are up for any 7's!

" I know it's more of a Wasps thing
... but it's for a good cause"

Charity rugby events are regularly posted on our
Wasps DWs supporters site, many held at the Stoop
- but I've never seen anyone finding it necessary
to say "It's a Quins thing but ......" !

The Interdean 7s are being held at Twyford Avenue,
ACTON our amateur Wasps FC-owned ground and London
Wasps base. I doubt they are aware of the tournament.

The Mathesien family are active members of the FC
which I guess is the Marie Curie/Twyford Ave link.

Interdean Rugby 7s

I've attached the Marie Curie Interdean Rugby 7's
official announcement - which differs from your
initial posting.
Do you know anyone with a rugby team ?

I hope Marie Curie have a successful day and plan
to drop in to watch the action.

Anyone travelling from the Twickenham/Richmond
area will find the Overground to Acton Central
and a 10+ minute walk through Acton or District
line to Ealing Common are the easiest/quickest
public transport journeys.

An excellent charity, well done whatever club lays this on. Quite a few people close to me have benefitted in the past through the work of this charity. Can't play sadly, but pass me the charity box...
