He will be on very short-term loan to Harlequins to play in this game because of the foot injury of Andy Dunne and the recent serious illness of Adrian Jarvis which means both fly-halfs will mmiss this game.
Harvey has received rave reviews for his performances for Newbury this season, he is a kicker of the highest order, winning the ND2 kicker of the month award in November and December 2004 with success rates of 81.81% and 90%.
As well as being a good kicker he is also very fast and can get the back line moving well.
