One of their "fans" was very hostile, never going to away matches and hates every one at other clubs, really? Some of their proper fans must be feeling very lonely right now, not a single clubs fans seem to have single good word for what Wray and his club has done and seemingly is still doing. How can they be allowed to pick a team of players that is £millions over the cap for this weekend? What is the European rugby board doing?

There is no salary cap for the European Cups

The referee is the final arbitrary

But in order to qualify for it one must abide by the Premiership regs - they didn't and therefore they should not have qualified.

Agreed and further , how the phuque can the PRL be happy for Sarries to be representing the league in this years Champions Cup , they are convicted gross cheats , as such they should be removed from the competition and who ever they are due to play , if they qualify be given a by or the next highest point scoring team take their place in the quarters. Remaining in the competition means they are continuing to be financially rewarded for cheating.

No sympathy for the cheating Wray and his club but being over the Prem cap is different to Europe imvho. OK, they should have been under the noose to qualify for the Heineken from the Prem in the first place but setting this aside for a moment, the Irish regions and top French teams will have similar wage bills to Sarries so not a lot ERC can do I'd say?

Agreed not for ERC to take action , its for PRL to demand withdrawal of Saracens from competition, as they qualified from English Premiership by proven cheating and are being financially rewarded by continued participation in the competition , it is blatant hypocrisy to allow their continued participation in the competition and the subsequent financial rewards.
