If you have time give this a listen, towards the end speak about how the whole "salary" issue has made them even more determined.... and a bit on why some players play, money, glory or for memories and eachother...

The rest of the podcast is very good, surprised about Saracens and recovery...

what was also interesting was that the Eggchasers asked Ed Slater

would you take a 25% pay cut if you would appear in 4 finals in your next contract. He didn't hesitate but said yes
