The way he reads the game I can see him being a great coach when he finally hangs up his boots.....hopefully still at Sarries.

Yes, you're right.
When the Japan Top League was abandoned in February they were bottom, having lost all 6 games. Sounds like a tough defensive shift ahead for Goodey!

Yes, you're right.

Absolutely - but also an opportunity to further hone his leadership skills and, potentially, get involved in coaching, both in a different environment.
