After binning his whistle, Glen Jackson has joined Vern Cotter's Fiji staff as skills coach. Quite a shrewd move, as an experienced ref he can also coach the side on giving away less penalties, something that often cuts the flow of Fiji's dynamic rugby. Presumably we'll see what effect it has in this november international tournament
