I'd certainly be asking questions if I were Sarries....

Reported in The Guardian (I only read the rugby page!) What chance Tony gets a bye like Leicester.

Racing 92 players test positive

What chance Sarries players caught it and end up defaulting the Bath match??

It doesn't really make any difference when you're already relegated, does it? However, it's not something you'd wish on anyone.

Well, if we did it would knock Bristol out of the playoffs, so it matters to someone!

Yes, I think that's where Rich. lives. I've just read an article where the quote is that the boys want to go out with a bang; rolling over isn't their style .

Not necessarily .... Im sure some on here would be pleased to hear that it could alternatively knock Wasps out if we lose to Exeter but of course thats not going to happen winking smiley

Please don't let Exeter win the European Cup by default.

Well simply from a health point of view hopefully none of our players have caught it.

Interesting that the Guardian report that one of Exeter Chiefs player tested positive and two were isolated before their game with Toulouse. Given both were in the matchday 25 and only pulled late in the week I wonder whether they should have triggered the same sanction as Castres? Or is it relaint on a certain number of players testing positive before they call off a game regardless of whether the others have tested without.

If Exeter are awarded the tie and therefore the trophy on a default 20-0 win- (assuming the same rules as PRL), there would surely be an asterisk against their name on the trophy.

Speedy recovery to anyone from any team who has caught this thing.

I wonder if Racing picked it up from Romain Poite?

I'd love for Exeter to be awarded the EPCR Champions Cup Trophy if Racing92 cannot field a team....that way we could say the only way they got a star on their shirt was by it being gifted. (Sm100)

I don't think the garnering of two trophies by default in the same year would ever be bettered,

If Professor Sir Rob Baxter had had his way, the Sale tests would not have been performed!

According to this morning's Telegraph, Saints v Glos is "expected" to be cancelled because of Saints' exposure to Sale on Tuesday.

I wonder what happens re. the eighth place if She's play and win well enough. You don't often find "the wisdom of Solomon" and "PRL" in the same sentence!
