It's the first game of preseason so all the teams have squads of about 90 players. At the end of the preseason they cut squads down to 52. If Wade keeps doing that he'll have a decent chance to squeeze into the 52. If he doesn't make it then he can be claimed by another team.
They usually only play reserves in preseason (the best players might play a few mins only) so it doesn't mean much that's he's playing in this particular game. Personally I think he's got a big challenge to make a team (any team) but we'll see. It's a huge learning curve, and it's not unusual to see reserves have the odd outstanding run like that. Preseason games are basically exhibition matches that aren't taken too seriously.
If Wade doesn't make this year then Buffalo will probably put him in their practice squad. Then he can step up in the event of injury. It's great that he can run like he can - he's so fast - but unless he can block and understand his assignments (which comes from experience) then he won't play. It's an incredibly hard game to pick up. Jarryd Hayne, the Aussie rugby league legend, made the 49ers squad as the 3/4th string running back a couple of years ago but only lasted in the league for a year before he was released. It's tough!
CSW from all reports will stay with the Steelers practice squad this year but he has made great progress in the off season according to reports. I am still surprised that CSW is a tight end which is one of the hardest positions to play in NFL and think that maybe his undoing.
On Wade I think I also think he will stay in the practice squad they Bills have some decent options at running back but if he keeps on producing runs like that then he has a chance of making the step up. I think he has the skills to do it, he has a quick change of direction and is very fast, he also has the benefit from being a winger he has to use his vision to see gaps but he has to probably rely on an injury to get his chance at the Bills this season.
