With todayís COVID announcement what is the future for watching rugby.

Personally I canít see anyone watching at the ground this year. Where does that leave clubs financially? I think there may be a few, us included who may struggle.

My guess is we could lose 25% of the professional clubs in England and maybe 75% of pto14 clubs.

It could be a disaster

Maybe the Government could support the clubs with lifetime no interest loans to get them through.

Sport is not essential but neither is eating out and £450million went on that.

According to the BT commentator 1000 fans at kingsholm on Monday.

How does that fit in with the new guidelines?

1000 is the maximum under the new rules brought in by the government yesterday Abmatt.

Wouldn't expect that to change this year if I'm honest.
