Sorry folks, old habits die hard...

I think I'm gonna have to do this up until the end of April. What do you reckon would be the end result (like W/L/D or league points) if the game had gone ahead at Kingsey Road today?

Without Covid-19, there would have been an Albi Travel coach, we'd still be on a bit of a roll and we'd be rested after a week off. (And England would have hoisted the 6 Nations...) Could the boys have pulled off another coup on the road? We drew 10 apiece when they came calling the week after the dreaded DMP (A) game in the autumn.

Chinnor are (were, actually!) very much a Home side this season winning 9/12 on their own turf. Losses were to Richmond (5-21) and Rams (17-21; one-off Fri eve derby). The Roth game was their aberration, going down 24-26. The victories are mostly creditable points-wise, but hardly spankings; 4/9 got within 7. Park were their last visitors (24-21) on 29 Feb.

Away, it's much more variable and not exactly explosive either; 7/13 wins, 4 x 4T BP and only 2 x LBP. Hull Is were comprehensively put to the sword, but only 0-7 at Canterbury. Another draw (27-27) at Park is not to be sniffed at, but they also gave away 3 x LBP to their hosts. They lost their last game to Sale 22-19.

Two places above us and 10 points to the good.

Personally - and I don't really know why - I think this would have been the hiccup on our run-in. So my guess would be a narrow win to Chinnor, but no try fest; 4-1 on the league board.

Anyone got a different take?

Come cheer up, my lads - 'tis to glory we steer!

Interesting conjecture.

I was wondering what the impact of JS's departure will have. Will he still be here when the game is played (if it is played)?

Will players who are leaving (if there are any) play with the same strength and determination.

I forecast a narrow loss for Albion before this "hiatus", but fear a bit of hammering now. Hopefully, the boys will prove me wrong.
