Well, plenty to work on but a wins a win.
Good to see LCD on the scoresheet, positively sprinted in !!
Felt really sorry for Slade, stuck on at full back, took a bang on the dodgy knee and I really hope he doesn’t get blamed for the missed try. I played it back and paused it at the moment he passed the ball, it was a good pass, Daly was virtually in front of him when he made the pass, 100% Daly’s error. Rather see Watson at 15 any day.

Agree Daly overran Slade’s pass and that Watson is a much better prospect at fullback, he plays fullback for Bath and looks excellent under the high ball. Daly is a Centre but Eddie Jones seems to like playing players out of position!

Ok ish performance, plenty to work on. Penalty count needs to come down a tad,it did improve in the second half though. Set piece functioned well.

Took a while for us to get going but a perfectly solid performance and much needed WBP...missed pass did not appear to be Slade's fault!
