Taking a look at the updated squad on the website, there’s a couple of interesting omissions/ additions..

There’s no Onehunga Kaufusi. I assume that means he has left. Does anyone know anything? I thought he looked quite decent in the games he played. Although, we have so much talent in the back row, with Tuima and Caulfield seemingly making that his home.

I see a certain Patrick Schickerling listed. Doing a quick search online he looks like yet another talented beast of a tighthead, having represented Namibia U20 recently. Maybe one to look out for. But with Street and Petch he might have to wait his turn till next year when Holmes will surely be off. It looks like he is a recently converted loosehead so perhaps we could see him progress there, where we haven’t quite got as much strength in depth.
