Does anyone have access to the Telegraph?.. ‘The best signings made by each Gallagher Premiership club this season’

Exeter - Jacques Vermeulen - Runner up Stuart Hogg according to Telegraph. Based on playing style, most turnovers by an Exeter player and supposition that he had a relatively low wage. Other clubs Will Stuart, Nathan Hughes, Joe Simpson, Tom Lawday[ well trained! imo!, jordan taufua,, Adam Coleman, Matt Proctor, Daniel du Preez, Eliot Daly, Zak Kibirige, Matt Moulds at the other prem clubs.

Exeter - Jacques Vermeulen (Sharks)
Exeter section of the article:

Runner-up: Stuart Hogg (Glasgow Warriors)

Hogg obviously adds x-factor, given all his attacking abilities, and he now looks fully at home at Sandy Park. And yet the Scotland captain gets passed over here for Vermeulen, the bruising, hard-working back-row Exeter signed from the Sharks who has been a revelation.

This is merely an assumption, but Vermeulen is unlikely to have arrived on a big-money contract. Exeter have received a generous return so far for their investment. No Exeter player has won more turnovers in the league so far.
