Based on the results so far today, I think we canít be caught and will end the season top again.

Unfortunately means nothing. Both Bath and Wasps have really hit their straps over the last few weeks. It's squeaky bum time!

We'll be top, but how we perform against Saints in the Heineken 1/4 final will show whether we're hitting our straps too.

COYC!

Bristol will regain top 4 as they have the easier run in. Would like them at home, we have to make up for our ridiculous cock up in the league game at home.

For what it's worth, yes that does mean we've secured top spot in the regular season table. NOt that it counts for anything.

Agreed itís no silverware. A lot of rugby followers see it differently. From a coaching team perspective, itís a bonus and lows us to plan match squads accordingly.

1st v 4th is theoretically easier than 2nd v 3rd. If we do reach the final it would be nice to think that we were, for the first time since playing Wasps, doing so on a level playing field.

We are the favourites to reach the final of the Prem. and win it. That brings its own pressure especially as this is the first time Chiefs are the favourites. We have been in huge games before but not often as favourites. The recent below par, although they did get 5 points, performance will hopefully stand us in good stead and root out any complacency. I am sure Rob will stamp on any remaining.

But this year we are also 'focusing' on Europe, so added pressure.
