Blues fans to be banned from away games?

I heard a rumour that Blues fans (and Fez-heads) might be banned from attending away matches next season! Based on their normal attendance figures most clubs would have no problem implementing Social Distancing rules for all spectators, except when Bedford or Sarries are in town. Some, such as Ealing, are even suggesting they could apply 4 metre distancing rules without it causing difficulty except near the bar or food outlets. smileys with beer

The RFU are also reported to be looking at introducing a Rugby League style scrum that involves minimal contact, (or purpose) or introducing a Scrummage machine as employed in Subbuteo Rugby. (Do they still make that?)

Can you think of any other measures we could adopt post-lockdown to enable rugby to go ahead safely? (and be spectated) Individual portaloo’s at GR?

Lol very true....
Well the coaches bird box will need expansion, especially if the Saints coaches are in town with all that doubling up. Seriously though, difficult to socially distance at the ground, in the tent and in the bars. Track and trace too. I can’t see us starting the season anytime soon.
