This article could relate to any professional rugby club at this moment in time.

Appears to be playing more on the uncertainty of whether we get promoted or not.

Article
The RFU, together with PRL, should declare that the Falcons will be in the Premiership next season. At a stroke, that guarantee would go some way to easing the problems.

Very true, typical of rugby administrators to do a half-baked job. But no, "The season's over but we're going to leave you in limbo for a month, even though your business and loads of jobs depend on our decision."

It seems like the motivation for the article is to force the rfu to make a decision and confirm our promoted status. Equally it somewhat counters the whinge of Ealing as all clubs are struggling financially

I have a feeling the Ealing thing is to do with the cut in funding, i.e. up the funding again for 3 years and we'll drop the case.

I wonder how many Papers the article sold-that’s all that concerns them.Using words like ‘could’ and ‘maybe’ and ‘perhaps’ and ‘might’ these days is common—it’s not news, it’s trying to sell a paper.
Wait until Semore or Dean make a Statement, then you can believe it.
Social Media of all kinds has so much to answer for.
