The Supporters Club will be running a coach to its first Greene King IPA Championship away game against London Scottish on Saturday, 12th October. The details of this trip are:

London Scottish - 3p.m., Saturday, 12th October, 2019

Coach Travel:
Adults - £40 members/£45 non-members
Juniors - £20 members/£22 non-members

Depart Times:
7:00a.m. - Kingston Park
7:20a.m. - Washington Services
7:50a.m. - Scotch Corner

Depart Athletic Ground - 5:45p.m.

To book your place on this trip you MUST email Keith Evans: or telephone Keith on: 0781 297 5220. Payment can be made by Bank Transfer (Sort Code: 20-59-61, Account Number: 13503976), by giving Keith payment at our next home game or, by agreement, paying Keith on the coach.

As always this will be a good quality, comfortable coach including the all important ‘facilities’. Drinking of alcohol is allowed for rugby supporters while travelling in England, but please remember that this is a privilege and we have to behave responsibly if we want this to continue. It really is the best way to travel to away games with your fellow supporters for company.

As someone who has visited the RAG loads of times as a visiting supporter I thoroughly recommend this one. The playing surface is imo only beaten by Castle Park and there is good viewing from the seats in the main stand for those who want them. The bar on the North end may well be pre-assigned for the proper people who enjoy the corporate lunch but the big open bar on the South end of the club building had a decent quality and range of libations and the "canteen" style food offering was inexpensive and filling without threatening to acquire a Michelin star. There are loads of bars within a few hundred yards of the ground - my own favourite is the Triple Crown which is literally on the door step but I have also used the Sun which has a great real ale offering. For old times sake I usually try to call into Old Deer Park which is about 600 yards away and if I have time I go into Kew Gardens next door for lunch - I have a conker tree in the meadow in St Ouen which I grew from a nut I collected there a few years ago. Have a great day out lads and the best of seasons.

First class bloke imo.

Don't kick it pick it up and GO FORWARD

Thanks Carrot. I will be enjoying an ale or three, and will try to find some conkers in Kew.

I will be heading down tomorrow to make a weekend of it in the Big Smoke
Is there any bar that supporters will be meeting in before the game?

A very enjoyable (if not long) away day with the daughter travelling on the supporters bus. Fantastic atmosphere in the London Scottish (packed) club house both before and post match, with the players of both teams mingling after the game.
Thanks to the supporters club for running the bus and to Keith for all the hard work that goes into arranging it!!
