Pre-season party game.

An idea. With any luck, there will be a 2020-21 season. Will there be any pre-season games and will there be spectators ? If so, can the first one at KP become a combined celebration of promotion and a re-union with the people we share the stands with. I am talking party here. It may still be some time off. But a man can hope. Can't he?

Season tickets have been sold on he basis of 17 games 1 preseason 11 premiership, European and 2 domestic cup. Whether there will be 17 home games and when they will start is anyone's guess. Maybe invite Ealing to run the cancelled Big One as the preseason game?

If we are invited to a pre-season game of any sort, at any time, I don't think anybody will need to encourage us to party.

Supporters social touch/tag rugby festival even could have diff age groups too.

Or a big rugby funday with various things like kicking contests, passing challenges, yard of ale, human hungry hippos and stuff.

If premiership final goes ahead that could be shown on the big screen too.

Local clubs could be invited to have table tops or sideshow games to raise a few quid too.

Brilliant idea. And an opportunity to silence the, mercifully few, who think our promotion is unfair on Travelagents.

Maybe the first pre-season game at KP could be a fund raiser for local clubs affected by the crisis. Let people pay what they want at the door with a minimum donation.

Yet another great idea. Keep them coming.

It is, but, from a rugby perspective, I think we need to appreciate that the Falcons themselves are a tad in the do do's. Charity begins at home, over and above that we can share it locally

I agree CD. Let's see what is left of Newcastle Falcons when this blows over before getting too carried away. Meanwhile, we have a better chance of starting next season on time if we are all good boys & girls, so let us show that Newcastle Falcons supporters are doing our bit to keep the pressure off the NHS. Out here in the sticks we don't hear much, but we know when the idiots are out racing their bikes up & down the A696, and it has been like Brands Hatch out there today. Friends of ours at Whitley Bay say it has been busy, with the surfers out in the sunshine as normal. Some people just don't seem to get it. I would like to think that we are all better than that, and by doing so we will get to Dick's party sooner rather than later.

Nat sure there will be a normal preseason depending upon what happens with the completion of this year’s Premiership season
I had been looking forward to a title winning game at Donny so would certainly go to a game there preseason if we follow the usual pattern
Would also like to be able to help a northern club who could do with our assistance

Ripon like your idea of helping a northern club. If their is a preseason maybe a double of falcons v Donny and 2 local clubs
