Not sure if this has been posted elsewhere - but if the season is to resume in the first week of July, Pat Lam confirmed that all signings will be live from that first week.

Therefore Bristol will have Radrada / Sinckler available to them etc any news from Irish on how the squad will shape up for that first week?

No news yet other then we will have a smaller squad and will rely on a bigger academy team.

So on that, when will Botha be back?

None of the players currently in South Africa are allowed to leave the country at the moment and we also have players in Australia, the Pacific Islands and New Zealand. Bringing them all back to London will not be a simple task as certain countries are not allowing nationals to exit their home country at the moment. I have heard that Dec and the team are in constant contact with the players currently overseas and plans are in place and it only effects 8 squad members (not sure exactly who). The impact on other teams will be greater especially with those with a squad made up of a significant number of Safas..

Looking purely at Instagram, Rona, Meehan, Kepu, Naholo, Hepetama and SOB are all overseas at the moment. Botha as mentioned is also back in SA.

Either way I personally struggle to see a situation where premiership rugby is being played at the start of July. There are just too many obstacles in the way.

Believe all players have been asked to try and make their way back in order to quarantine with a plan to start training 91 June.
