viprow.me will have it. Use an adblocker.

Also, why do we keep on doing these last minute changes? 3 games in a row.

Being pumped in the scrum elrington is struggling.

Why is Motu playing in front of Fainga and Poreki hes never played well for us imho.

Re: Sale v Irish
Florida 06 March, 2020 20:23
Scrums getting destroyed and we've had pretty much zero possession.

If it keeps going like this it's going to be a very long game.

Defense is pretty handy though, Parton's made a lovely break

Re: Sale v Irish
cjm. 06 March, 2020 20:30
SOB looks like he is playing comfortably.

Re: Sale v Irish
Ruckingood 06 March, 2020 20:33
Elrington is having it tough and the guys are just off the pace at tge moment. Lacking communication IMHO

Re: Sale v Irish
Smudge21 06 March, 2020 20:36
SOB looking good. Our best player so far

Re: Sale v Irish
tatthecraic2 06 March, 2020 20:41
Not to Bang a drum. But get Motu off. Hes killing us. Single handedly.

Re: Sale v Irish
cjm. 06 March, 2020 20:41
Very loose passes costing as yards and yards.

True, but he's coming off the back of a 10 month rest, the others are on a 5 day rest...

Back row and Franco are destroying their maul (I don't know how good their maul is normally)

Porecki is injured and Fainga'a coming back from a knock. Do agree he is 3rd choice when all fit

No3 for Wasps pulling the scrum down and binding On the arm.. why cant the assistant see?

Re: Sale v Irish
Florida 06 March, 2020 20:47
Meehan needs to be very careful and get some control of his emotions

Re: Sale v Irish

Irish sloppy passing not looking after the ball. Two soft tries for Sale.

Re: Sale v Irish
tatthecraic2 06 March, 2020 20:51
What about the off the ball incident that lead to Meehan having to give that pass?!

Re: Sale v Irish
Florida 06 March, 2020 20:51
Absolutely stupid passing is destroying us. Two tries from too ridiculous passes.

Re: Sale v Irish

Regardless of anything off the ball, that pass wasn't needed, was never on and should never have been attempted.

jimbo800 06 March, 2020 20:52
Thereís no better than Irish at turning a good position into conceding so bloody quickly, you dread reading the tweets.

Re: Sale v Irish
Tom1215 06 March, 2020 20:52
Meehan needs to have a word with himself. Getting a little too cocky and heís playing terribly.
No control at the back of rucks, slow on the ball and causing himself problems.

I doubt O'Brien would've considered it 10 months of rest!

Re: Sale v Irish

However... they have not looked like scoring baring our gifts.. no irreconcilable but we need to handle the high ball better and take the tackle as opposed to the no look pop passes.

That's very true.

He's look awesome though, can't wait for him to get a run of games, his form could go through the roof

Not that anyone asks or cares :p

But id:-
Get Motu off
Replace Donnell (hes got a huge future but hes being bullied)
Get Mehan and Myler to get their kicks more contestable.

Re: Sale v Irish
Davenport Sharky 06 March, 2020 21:05
Oh come on Sale are winning almost every scrum and look like scoring all the time. Have Irish been in the Sale 22?? OBrien has been brilliant. The second try was a great move. Anyway Faf and Lood to come !!!

Donnell is doing okay apart from a carry that went no where. Single handedly sacked their maul in our 22 and has been taking all our line out ball. He's contributing more than a few others.

They are winning the scrums I'll give you that. You have barely been any better elsewhere aside from two stupid passes by LI.

Why take a forward off when you have lost your prop. I guess we have accepted we are going to lose. (Sm103)

Re: Sale v Irish

Comedy of errors. Hopefully they're made to walk home. At least that way they'd have an excuse for serving up a pile of @#$%& next week. Preferably we'd nick Meehan's shoes as well. Our best 20 minutes of scrum halfing this year has been from Blair Cowan.

Donnell, FVDM excepted. Heps and Rona haven't had the ball enough to do anything, so probably them as well.

Meehan playing for sale tonight? Loves giving them the ball back. Awful!!!

Attack coach asap please

Re: Sale v Irish
Tom1215 06 March, 2020 21:56
We definitely need a full back next year. As much as I love an academy player Parton just doesnít convince me yet.
We really missed Kepu and Coleman today. Naholo would of been helpful today as well.

Re: Sale v Irish
M51 06 March, 2020 21:59
To be nilled by 39 is a disgrace, Sale were not that good. Definitely need to re-organise the coaching team and lets see improvement, 2 weeks break , lets go Irish. COYI

ďNot that goodď. We are top of the table. The aggregate score this season is Sale 80 Irish 7. You were hardly in our 22 all night. Thatís not because you are awful itís because we have the best defence in the league. I think you need to give the opposition some credit?

Re: Sale v Irish
Alphacat 07 March, 2020 01:09
To be fair I was expecting this. Two games every season, namely Exeter away and Sale away we get spanked... not entirely sure why but it's generally true.

Agree wholeheartedly with this.

Sale are having a great season and are likely to be contesting the final. They have built a very good squad and have been playing top flight rugby for years. Irish are coming off a couple of Yo-Yo seasons and can use this season as a chance to put together a great squad which, takes longer than one season. It doesnít matter how much CVC money there is, players need time to bond and learn the various coaching systems before you see consistent success on the field.

You could've equally given our defence some credit at half time based on one intercept try and one interception following a lazy runner leading to you going 80 metres and scoring. Rather than saying 'Sale look like scoring all the time'
