Pausing Sky Sports

Just to pick up on a posting in another thread, you can go into your online Sky Account and 'pause' Sky Sports subscription charges until live sport returns.

Saves about £30 a month, and you still have access to the current repeats of 'The Miracle of Medinah' etc. etc.

Ahoy - hoy,
Did you pause on the net, Sky box or over the phone?

I used the My Sky website on a computer browser - couldn't see the option on hte MySky app (although it's supposed to be there).

Like Griff I had to log in to my Sky account on my computer. I couldn't find the pause option through the Sky box.

Also has anyone managed to pause their BT sport package?

Pausing Sky is in the Martin Lewis MoneySavingExpert mail this week:

Sky Sports customers CAN now pause their subscription. Subscribers to Sky Sports (though not BT Sport) can now pause Sky Sports payments while sport is suspended.

BT are giving 1 month's credit for BT Sport - either back to your account or you can donate it. They say they'll be keeping it under review
