So far as I can work out, this tournament kicks off tonight at 1830 and the opening English game (against Argentina) is live streamed on World Rugby [www.worldrugby.org].
There may be other Quins players involved but I think that Marcus Smith and Gabriel Ibbitoye are both on the bench.

It depends on whether anyone bid for it this time for UK rights. With the roundball WC on this year, it's possible that ITV and BBC decided that this was one event they could drop to save money to go twards the hours & hours of interminable soccer coverage of the pool stages before England go out on penalties in the Quarter Finals.

Our recent record in age group football is superb, iirc.

The football age groups have done very well recently. St Georges park, the FA training base received a lot of praise for the change in set up.

They have the Senior competitions, but I'm not sure if they had the rights for this U20s comp as well.
Should be a good game against the Italians who are a big side and played well in their match the other night. We do have a lot of depth in our squad and some experienced Premiership players, Smith, Curry et al

The streaming on World Rugby TV is pretty good. England beat Italy comfortably and Marcus had an excellent 60 minutes. Ibitoye not so much, and one of the locks picked up a red at the end for a shoulder charge.
It struck me watching it that because it is in South Africa, there's the possibility that the senior team could call up players from the U20s in case of injuries.

Also well done to Karl for what sounds like a very good performance. Amusing to read Kiwis whining on twitter about him missing French transgressions at the breakdown. He apparently also did well to handle a situation where a team doctor / physio, was more concerned about shouting at him then treating his own player

It was a very good reffing performance, I thought. Didn't miss too much on either side and handled the doctor issue with a level of aplomb that Nigel Owens would have been proud of. From memory: "Your job here is to provide medical assistance to your players, not talk to me, and if you can't do that I will have to tell your team to send on different medical personnel."
I think Kiwi sour grapes are a bit unjustified. Their team weren't good enough and while no doubt stuff was missed on both sides what I saw was pretty even handed. You'd think they'd have the good grace to shut up after effectively ending Saturday two yellows and a red to the good and with no citings (how the hell did that happen?).

The power of that French scrum brought a tear to the eye! Every time they packed down in the second half, it seemed like another scrum penalty resulted. Would have been a travesty if they lost! Let's hope they shot their bolt like the French RWC team of 1999 when they beat NZ in the semi-final!
France were really good last night. If they play like that on Sunday, then I think they will be the deserved winners (unless we really play well of course).
But, they kept NZ out of their 22 until about 70 minutes of the game.
Their prop #3 looked a handful. Also Ntamack was good.

Thought we looked lethal in attack but once the Boks got going, we looked in trouble. Wasn't that knocked out by the ref with regards to players off their feet but all in all, the boys did really well to take their chances and hold on at the end.

England having loads of possession but like their senior counterparts, discipline is a problem. Smith has missed two kicks too, one very difficult but the other more straight forward. Ugo needs to get rid of his beard

Smith played well with the ball in hand but his kicking wasn’t great in decision making or execution terms. We tried to run it in from everywhere on the pitch rather than pinning France back at all.
