Now here's a funny thing.....

I met a chap on Saturday in Dorset who is CEO of Pittards, the leather company. A few years back they were one of the Saints' sponsors, logo on shirts etc.

He is currently working on a tannery project in Ethiopia of all places and, has got to know a Kiwi who is project manager for the construction of the new NZ embassy. Surname"Proctor", none other than father of our very own Kiwi centre, Matt!

Small world eh?

I think Pittards used to a have a site in Northampton many years ago; they've really struggled and had to close their Leeds site a few years ago so now just left with Yeovil.

They did. My late step father was their sales director. Their offices were near the Racecourse.

His widow (my mother) still has a season ticket and comes to home games with me.
