If you have no symptoms and have not been in contact with anyone who has "social distancing" may be your option.
That would allow outdoor exercise (walk, run, bike ride) as long as you do not get close to others.

There is a clear link between exercise and mental health- so worth a try - at least until Govt advice against.


My golf club remains open for play and members are able to use the bar/communal areas or not as they choose. Social distancing is quite easy in this game and a 3-4hr walk in the fresh air does wonders unless ones' golf is completely pants. I'll find out [again] this afternoon...
