and come Friday night at 9pm, if there has been a repeat, the next home game might be poorly attended. Bums on seats, that’s how clubs make their money, but in order to achieve that the team has to win games. Simple really. Blinding obvious
We have some of the best players in the Premiership at Worcester, I truly believe that, the fact that the team are not performing is just blood boilingly frustrating, I think I had better keep my doctor from taking my blood pressure for a while.
I have been ‘guilty’ of having blind faith in my team, but when the likes of myself and others like me start to get hacked off, there is something very, very amiss. Our only saving grace, so far, is that Leeds Carnegie are mildly worse than us, but that could change as Northampton Saints found out last season, when they hit the skids and The Warriors brought back a 12 point league deficit to stay in the Premiership by the skin of their teeth.
I suppose the current feeling amongst the support is exacerbated by constantly being in the relegation zone, it’s wearing us down and pouring doubt on our belief in the team. But we will be there on Friday yelling for the boys. Lets hope we get what we all want, a performance and a win.
