Newport Dragons 24-15 Leicester Tigers

 

Newport play with some flair and the forwards win plenty of ball to set up a comfortable win over Leicester.

 

Sat 

Gloucester Rugby 23-7 Ospreys

Cardiff Blues 37-20 Saracens

 

Ospreys look lost and the season continues to get worse for them, Cardiff put in their best performance for many seasons to comfortably beat Saracens.

 

Sun 2nd October 

Leeds Tykes 7-28 Scarlets

 

Llanelli also put in a season best to hammer Leeds.

 

Other

 

Ospreys panic buy ahead of the Heineken Cup and sign NZ players Cashmore and some other bloke.

 

Wales will have a 7s side for the Commonwealth Games – Shock horror!

 

Injury problems continue to mount for Mike Ruddock and Stephen Jones joins the list of doubts.
