Doncaster remain in fifth place after this home win over Exeter Chiefs who drop down to 10^th in the table.    

Doncaster were on the scoreboard after 12 minutes when flanker Simon Grainger went over for a try and Mark Woodrow converted for 7-0. Before the end of the first quarter they were 14-0 ahead with centre Brad Hunt touching down and Woodrow again converting, both tries came with the Chiefs down to 14 with Simon Jenkins in the sin bin.   

The Chiefs were right back in at by the break with full back Ben Breeze going in for a try on the half hour and Tony Yapp putting over a couple of penalty goals to make it 14-13 at the half time break.

Five minutes into the second half and Woodrow put over a penalty goal but it was not till the last ten minutes that the match was settled.

The home side got a third try as prop Ngalusele Tau going on for a try and Jon Benson converted to round of the win.

Sedgley Park 22 (Tries: Briers (16), Vilk (21), Fourie (33).Cons: Jones 2. Pen: Jones (65)    

Nottingham 19 (Tries: Nirmalendran 2 (3, 7), Duffy (72). Cons: Barlow 2.  

Sedgley Park move off the bottom of the table after this home win over Nottingham and are within a point of third bottom Moseley.  

After seven minutes it did look to good for the home side with Nottingham 12-0 ahead after a brace of tries from full back Rohan Nirmalendran and Tom Barlow putting over a conversion.

Park pulled seven points back on 16 minutes when centre Chris Briers went over for a try and Phil Jones converted. Five minutes later it was all square with full back Andy Vilk touching down to make it 12 all.

Before half time Park went ahead when second row Tim Fourie went over the Nottingham line and Jones converted to send Park in 19-12 ahead. Jones increased the home sides lead with a penalty in the second half and a 10 point lead.

Nottingham closed the gap to three points on 72 minutes when hooker Joe Duffy went over the home try line and Barlow converted. That though was the end of the scoring and Park picked up a second win of the season.

Bedford Blues 32 (Tries: Dodge (1), Hinkins (48), Patston (75). Con: Broadfoot. Pens: Broadfoot 5 (4, 29, 33, 47, 71).  

Earth Titans 34 (Tries: McCormish (8), Penalty try (24), Fourie 2 (37, 56), Cons: Steenson 4. Pens: Steenson 2 (42, 79).     

The Blues were ahead in the opening minute when left wing Ollie Dodge went over for a try and a 5-0 lead. Ross Broadfoot added a penalty three minutes later as Bedford led 8-0.

The Titans responded a few minutes later with a try from No 8 Michael McCormish and Gareth Steenson converted. The visitors were ahead on 24 minutes when they were awarded a penalty try and went 14-8 up.    

Broadfoot levelled the scores with a couple of penalty goals but late in the half flanker Hendrie Fourie went in for his 6^th try of the season and Steenson converted to make it 21-14 at half time.

Steenson increased the lead early in the second half with a penalty goal before the Blues managed to catch the Titans. Broadfoot put over a penalty goal and when he converted a try from right wing James Hinkins it was 24 all after 48 minutes.

Just before the hour mark the Titans were back in front when Fourie completed a double and Steenson converted to make it 31-24.

Back came Bedford with Broadfoot putting over a penalty goal and when fly half Ben Patston went over for a 75^th minute try they led 32-31.

Steenson settled the match for the Titans with a late penalty goal as he maintained his 100% strike rate for the afternoon. .  

Waterloo 20 (Tries: Smith (60), McKay (68). Cons: Loader 2. Pens: Loader 2 (3, 40).    

Newbury 49 (Tries: Roberts 2 (14, 18), DamuDamu 2 (47, 57), Simpson Daniel (52), Ashcroft Leigh (73), Nutt (76). Cons: Walsh 4. Pens: Walsh 2 (10, 21).     

Newbury are up into the top half of the table after this home win over Waterloo who drop to the bottom of the table.    

Waterloo were 3-0 ahead early on after a Dan Loader penalty goal but Tim Walsh levelled for the visitors with a 10^th minute penalty goal.

A try double form Newbury full back Mal Roberts put the visitors in charge and with Walsh converting one of them and adding a second penalty goal they were 18-3 ahead after 21 minutes.  Before half time Loader pulled three points back for Waterloo.  

Three tries in the third quarter were enough o put the visitors in a winning position with No 8 Isoa DamuDamu getting a double and scrum half Mark Simpson Daniel getting tries and Walsh adding a couple of penalty goals to make it 37-6 after 57 minutes.

Just after the hour mark the home side did manage a couple of scores with flanker Dan Smith and No 8 Rory McKay getting tries and Loader converting both.

Newbury though ran in two tries in the final few minutes to round off the win.

Moseley 5 (Try: O’Leary (50).  

Plymouth Albion 50 (Tries: Sestaret 2 (18, 58), Hayes (44), Arscott 2 (48, 69), Oxley (62), Neethling (76). Cons: Neethling 6. Pen: Neethling (21).     

Comfortable away win for Albion at Moseley out scoring them seven tries too one.

It took Plymouth till the 18^th minute to go ahead with winger Nicholas Sestaret going over for his 8^th try of the season and Wihan Neethling converted He added a penalty three minutes later to make it 10-0 in what was the final score of the half.

Four minutes into the second half and No 8 Tom Hayes went in for Albion’s second try and Neethling converted and soon after right wing Tom Arscott went over and with Neethling converting it was 24-0. Moseley did manage a try when centre Daren O’Leary went over for an unconverted try.

Albion ran in four more tries as Sestaret and Arscott completed doubles and hooker Richard Oxley and Neethling got the other tries and Neethling converted three of them to finish the match with 20 points. .

Otley 7 (Try: Chivers (67). Con: Binns.).  

Pertemps Bees 11 (Try: Nuthall (60). Pens: Nuthall 2 (16, 45).    

Low scoring match with the Pertemps Bees picking up another away win.

The Bees led 3-0 at half time with a 16^th minute Matthew Nuthall penalty goal. Five minutes into the second half and he put over a second penalty goal to make it 6-0 and when he went over for the games opening try on the hour mark the Bees led 11-0.     

Otley finally got on the scoreboard when replacement scrum half Neil Chivers went over for a try and Simon Binns converted in what turned out to be the final score of the match.

Cornish Pirates 41 (Tries: Ma’asi (6), Cracknell (56), McAtee 3 (66, 71, 76), Penalty try (18). Cons: Di Bernardo 3, Moore. Pen: Di Bernardo (45).  

London Welsh 13 (Try: Shaw (39). Con: Ulph. Pens: Ulph 2 (25, 38).    

The Pirates remain top of the table after this comfortable home win over London Welsh.    

The home side took the lead on six minutes with hooker Viliami Ma’asi going over for a try and a 5-0 lead. They went 12-0 ahead on 18 minutes when the referee awarded them a penalty try and Alberto Di Bernardo converted.

By half time though the Welsh had turned it round and went in ahead 13-12. Full back Sam Ulph out over a couple of penalty goals when scrum half Robbie Shaw touched down on 39 minutes Ulph’s conversion put the visitors ahead.

Five minutes into the second half and DI Bernardo put the Pirates back in front with a penalty goal.  

They went into a 20-13 lead after 56 minutes when flanker Chris Cracknell went over before right wing Rhodri McAtee took over. The winger went in for a hat trick in 10 minutes to take the home side clear and secure the four try bonus point. That took McAtee to 12 tries for the season one behind Doncaster’s Jason Foster at the top of the try scorers list.  

Leeds Tykes 34 (Tries: McDonald 2 (17, 33), Rock 2 (58, 63), Welding (52). Cons: Hinton 3. Pen: Hinton (10).

Leeds Tykes keep the pressure on the Pirates with this comfortable win over Coventry at Headingley.

The Tykes were ahead on 10 minutes when full back Leigh Hinton put over a penalty goal. They got the games opening try on 17 minutes when prop Mike McDonald touched down and Hinton converted for 10-0. McDonald completed a double just after the half hour mark and the Tykes took a 15-0 lead into half time.

12 minutes into the second half and Leeds went further ahead with winger Richard Welding touching down before a double form centre Tom Rock in five minutes took the home side out of site and secured the four try bonus points and with Hinton converting them both they were 34-0 up after 63 minutes. Rock continued his good recent form and took his total to nine for the season.
