Warrington Wolves face London based Harlequins RL knowing that a win would all but secure a top 6 finish in the table. Can the Wolves hold there bottle and claim the victory?

Warrington Wolves will be looking to all but secure there place in the Play-offs this weekend with victory over Harlequins RL. A Wolves win will move them 5 points ahead of Quins with 3 matches remaining and should just be enough to edge the Wolves into the Play-offs for the 2nd successive season. However, defeat to Quins and they will be 1 point behind the Wolves and will no doubt be full of confidence of overtaking the side with matches against Castleford (A), Wigan (H) and Salford (H) still to come.

In recent weeks, Warrington seem to be showing positve signs of improvement despite lastweeks 34-35 away loss to 5th place Salford City Reds, Wolves 3rd loss to Salford in 2006. With only 2 wins from the last 6 matches, Warrington need to start putting a good run of form together if the club are to have any chances of being the dark-horses for the Grand Final in October.

Harlequins will be looking to follow on from last weekends shock 28-26 home victory over Bradford Bulls, with Salford bound Luke Dorn crossing for a try to set the Quins on the way to the victory over the 2006 World Champions. Harlequins have had a coaching change since the sides last met back in June, as Tony Rea stepped down from the helm to be replaced by fomer Bradford Bulls forward Brian McDermott, who was assistant to Leeds Rhinos coach Tony Smith for several seasons.
