I love you tree!

Welcome once again fellow brothers of Saintly serenity, Reg Guheert here to enlighten you lives with my trawl of the alternative sites. Don’t visit this story if you only have five minutes to spare because it’s a life improving journey not an excuse to exploit the office Internet connection. This week I discuss Karma, pleasure, tree hugging, and laughter and beer therapy.

The first site I will take you to on our journey of fulfilment shows how it is important to guard your valuables, even in the world of the environmentalist tree hugger. Those turtles are cheeky chappies:

Look behind you dudes!

Humour is of course essential for maintaining our cosmic balance. As Saints fans our humour has carried us through the lean years but now through the power of the Smudger we look to better times. However, just in case our guru from the land of the long white cloud does not deliver gold, black and green Nirvana we need to retain our powers of laughter. Bath fans in particular should check out these sites:

Many of us are familiar with the benefits of fermented malt and hops. I of course only drink ales from independent brewers, made with organic ingredients and vegetarian clearing agents. The next site advocates beer therapy, I wholeheartedly agree:

beer is best!

An important part of everybody's lives is Karma. Ignore Karma at your cosmic peril. The main points is to respect other living creatures and do to others as you would have done to yourself because what goes around comes around. There is one exception to this rule - Wasps. Wasps are pure evil, they serve no purpose on the planet they do no good whatsoever. All wasps probably get reincarnated as dung beetles. And those nasty flying stinging insects are horrible too. After last years European cup final a certain no.7 has a rather large Karma debt. Anyway check out the following Karma sites:

Now for my 2nd favourite subject after the Saints, yes you're right it's tree hugging. You might think us tree huggers are all beardy weirdo boring types…erm…well…. you’re right really. However who would thought the greatest passion in this tree huggers life would be the Saints rugby team and check out the places we go on holiday and I mean holiday not on a save the swan trip! Where treehuggers go on holiday:

Treehuggers paradise

I know many millions of you now enjoy the pleasures of tree hugging but for those who don’t know, this is how to hug a tree! So I expect to see more of you down the lake end before, during half time and after the match at the Stade Francais game.

Hug a tree!

You may not know that tree hugging relieves stress. Well that’s marvellous isn’t it? During a tense match we can all pop off a give our arboreal buddies a big squeeze, it’s better than lighting up or grabbing another Guinness. This isn’t just for us lot though, imagine the turmoil those poor fans from pooh corner will go through as their champion team is dismantled at Fortress Franklins. So especially for Tiggers fans:

Stress relief through tree hugging

Finally fellow brothers of St. James, we all need pleasure in our lives. I know Wayne and the boys will deliver this to us so we have to spread the pleasure to the rest of the zippee. For those who haven’t discovered our levels of enlightenment please send them to this site. You may have already seen this on the TV but there are extra bits that are well worth the visit.

Pleasure is the path to joy!!!
