Blues v Bath

Blues with their new blue seats take on Bath on Friday 7:30pm. With Blues away to Worcester the following week the most important thing will be remaining injury free!

Blues have had some good games against Bath over the more recent years and will be tested more in defence than they were against Cambridge, where we saw their attacking skills

Blues will be looking to keep the penalty count down, which was too high and it will give some of the new players an opportunity to press for a starting place against Warriors the following week.

Let’s hope it’s not a repeat of our trip down there last season, when Bath had around 30+ players and overran Bedford, which really made it a non event for both teams.

I suppose it will depend on what sort of team Bath put out. They don’t have a Prem Cup match this weekend so potentially it could be very strong.
