A look at Chiefs record in the Prem compared to other clubs

Premiership Success

Strangely found myself at a loose end for some reason and thought I'd look at Chiefs record in the Prem.  Found the following all time stats on Prem Rugby site and thought it was interesting.  I think rthe stats include all games ioncluding Semi and Final appearances.

Club Played Won Drawn Lost % Wins
Tigers 522 337 23 162 64.56
Chiefs 219 135 4 80 61.64
Wasps 514 283 17 214 55.06
Saints 490 269 9 212 54.90
Bath 507 270 19 218 53.25
Glaws 507 260 18 229 51.28
Sharks 504 234 20 250 46.43
Quins 484 224 15 245 46.28
Irish 460 191 15 254 41.52
Bears 256 90 10 156 35.16
Warriors 299 86 14 199 28.76
Sarries* 519 320 14 185 61.65

Unfortunately they only have stats for the current Prem teams.

Statbunker all time Premiership table

Click twice on the P/M [Points per match] column header. Not bad for a club that was destined for relegation.

Chiefs away record is awesome averaging over 3 points a game.

Bonus points distort the long term averages, but what has been achieved in 10 years is something everyone involved should be very proud of.

Bonus points have been a major feature for Chiefs gaining either LBP or TBP in 55% of away games and 60% for home matches
