Only four of last week's starting line-up from the defeat by Toulouse keep their places in the side which travels to France for a Sunday kick off. Notably absent is Danny Cirpriani who is not named in the starting line-up, on the bench or among those unavailable for selection.
The fabulous four are Jason Woodward, Chris Harris, Freddie Clarke and Gerbrandt Grobler.
In comes Corné Fourie at hooker who will pack down alongside Fraser Balmain and Josh Hohneck - another first starter will be Alex Craig at lock allowing Freddie Clark to take the No 8 shirt.
18 year-old Louis Rees-Zammit’ breaks some records as he starts on the wing alonsgide a returning Billy Twelvetrees and Ollie Thorley.
With Cipriani not involved the half-backs are Callum Braley and Lloyd Evans.
Montpellier will be a tough nut on their own pitch despite losing at Connacht last week.
