2.00 pm - Albion v Rosslyn Park Preview

Rosslyn Park

January 24 2020

Early rise for this one as kick-off is at 2pm.

Second placed Rosslyn Park make the Journey from the Capital.

The reverse fixture back in October saw Park run in 4 tries against Albion's 2 to come out winners 33-17. "Highlights" here.

Albion's recent good run has come against much weaker sides, making this a real test for JS's side. Threats come from both the forwards and backs with a fairly even spread of tries between the two. RP's No 8 Hugo Ellis leads the way with 14 tries and Fly Half/Wing Craig Holland not far behind with 11.

Keeping the penalty count down will be important as Park's lineout appears to be a formidable weapon.

Tne big question will be how well Albion's defence holds after the impressive display against Old Elthamians. Even if the end result is a loss, restricting the scoreline would be a positive result.

Weather forecast - Dry and relatively mild for January with a Gentle Breeze. Make sure you slap the sunscreen on as the UV index hits 1. Looks like ideal conditions for open rugby.

Player to watch - Craig Holland.

Forecast - Park to win - but LP to Albion
