Comfortable home win for the Bedford Blues over bottom of the table Waterloo with James Pritchard leading the way with 29 points.

Pritchard gave them a 6-0 lead with two penalty goals in the opening 12 minutes and three minutes later Pritchard was over for a try and added the conversion for 13-0. That though was the end of the Blues scoring in the first half with the only other score a penalty goal for Waterloo from Ander Monro.

Pritchard added an early penalty goal on the second half before left wing Ollie Dodge went over for a try to make it 21-3 after 48 minutes.

Pritchard got a second try just before the hour mark and added the conversion to make it 28-3. Three more converted tries in the final quarter saw the home side home to a comfortable win with Dodge completing a double.      

London Welsh 28 (Tries: Guest (36), Robson 2 (71, 79). Cons: Ulph 2. Pens: Ulph 3 (4, 17, 56).    

Coventry 18 (Tries: Dixon (8), K Johnson (40). Con: Russell. Pens: Russell 2 (48, 77)      

London Welsh picked up a valuable home win over Coventry which moves the Welsh seven points clear of the relegation zone.   

The Welsh went ahead when Sam Ulph put over a 4^th minute penalty goal. Coventry responded well and four minutes later were in front after right wing George Dixon touched down. Ulph gave the Welsh the lead again with a second penalty goal on 17 minutes and when he converted a try from flanker Tom Guest they were 13-5 ahead on 35 minutes. Just before the half time whistle Coventry were right back into it when winger Kurt Johnson went over for a try and Ben Russell converted.  

Russell gave the visitors the lead with a 48^th minute penalty goal to make it 15-13.

Ulph gave the home side the lead again on 56 minutes with his third penalty of the afternoon. A late double form second row George Robson saw the home side home to an important win.   

Moseley 25 (Try: Rodwell (80). Con: Thomas. Pens: Thomas 5 (10, 16, 33, 37, 44, 57).    

Otley 16 (Try: Stockdale (13). Con: Benson. Pens: Benson 3 (19, 31, 67)    

Moseley win this relegation battle and move two points above Otley in the league table as the Yorkshire side drops into the relegation zone.   

It was the boot of Ollie Thomas which saw the home side home to an important win. At half time Otley were narrowly ahead 13-12 after scoring the halves only try through No 8 Matt Stockdale which Jon Benson converted and put over a couple of penalty goal whilst Thomas put four over for the home side.

Penalties from Thomas on 44 and 57 minutes saw the home side move into an 18-13 lead.

On 67 minutes Benson pulled three points back for the visitors to make it a two point game. Moseley did not seal the win till the 80^th minute when No 8 James Rodwell went over for a try and Thomas converted.

Plymouth Albion 13 (Try: Owen (40). Con: Van Eyk. Pens: Van Eyk 2 (38, 46).      

Exeter Chiefs 20 (Try: Breeze (11). Pens: Yapp 5 (36, 42, 63, 75, 80).    

The Devon derby went the way of the away side as they complete the double over Albion.

They went ahead on 11 minutes when full back Ben Breeze went over for a try. Tony Yapp missed the conversion but added a penalty with the half coming to a close. To make it 8-0. It was Albion though who went in ahead after Regardt Van Eyk put over a penalty goal and then converted an injury time try form hooker James Owen to lead 10-8.    

Yapp put the visitors ahead again two minutes into the second half but four minutes later Van Eyk gave the home side the lead again. 

Yapp then kicked the visitors to victory with three penalty goals in the final quarter.

Earth Titans 43 (Tries: Steenson (7), Smith (28), Cochrane (33), Tuohy 2 (49, 58), Claassens (69). Cons: Steenson 5. Pen: Steenson (2).      

Pertemps Bees 5 (Try: Miles 55).      

Comfortable home win for the Titans at Clifton Lane over the Pertemps Bees.    

They were on the scoreboard after just two minutes with Gareth Steenson putting over a penalty goal. Five minutes later it was 8-0 with Steenson going over for the games opening try. Further tries form centre Showan Smith and No 8 Neil Cochrane saw the home side go in 22-0 at the break.

They had the four try bonus point in the bag on 49 minutes after right wing Brian Tuohy went over for the first of two tries, the second followed nine minutes later. In between the visitors went over for a try from their hooker Matt Miles. The Titans rounded of the win with a sixth try on 69 minutes through left wing Ernst Claassens.

Sedgley Park 20 (Tries: Voortman (23), Briers (38), Skurr (68). Con: Jones. Pen: Jones (53).    

Leeds Tykes 27 (Tries: McDonald (7), Hepworth (14), Rock (27), Snyman (63). Cons: Vasey 2. Pen: Vasey (51).      

Brave display from Sedgley Park as they pushed league leaders Leeds Tykes all the way before going down to a seven point defeat which at least gave them a losing bonus point. 

The Tykes made a great start and looked to be on their way to a comfortable win after opening up a 14-0 lead with tries form prop Mike McDonald and centre Johnny Hepworth, Richard Vasey converted them both in the opening 14 minutes.

Park were next on the scoreboard when centre Ian Voortman went over for a try in the 23^rd minute. Right wing Tom Rock got the third visitors try four minutes later to make it 19-5. Late in the half Park were right back in it when their other centre Chris Briers went over and this time Phil Jones converted to send them in 19-12 down at the break.    

11 minutes intro the second half Vasey made it 22-12 with a penalty goal. but Jones responded immediately for the home side. Just after the hour mark and Leeds had the try bonus point in the bag with recently returned centre Andre Snyman going in to make it 27-15.

On 66 minutes Park were right back into it again when No 8 Jon Skurr touched down to make it a seven point game. That was the way it stayed as Leeds Tykes stayed top of the table and Park find themselves nine points clear of the relegation zone after picking up their losing bonus point.

Nottingham 27 (Tries: Penalty try (40), Raven (61), Smith (67), Morley (77). Cons: Barlow 2. Pen: Barlow (54).    

Newbury 25 (Tries: Nutt 2 (11, 55), Smaje 2 (30, 34). Con: Walsh. Pen: Walsh (49).     

Narrow home win for Nottingham which moves them up a couple of places in the league table whilst Newbury leave with two bonus points.  

The visitors went into a 17-0 lead with three tries in the first 34 minutes through left wing Martin Nutt and a double form scrum half Dan Smaje with Tim Walsh adding a conversion.

Nottingham got back into the match in first half injury time when they were awarded a penalty try and Tom Barlow added the extras.

Early in the second half Walsh and Barlow exchanged penalty goals and Newbury led 20-10 after 54 minutes.

A minute later the visitors went further ahead with Nutt completing a double and securing the try bonus point and an away win looked on the cards as the led 25-15.

Three tries in the final quarter saw the home side home with lock Sam Raven getting them on the way with a 61^st minute try. Centre Matt Smith got another six minutes later and it was game on at 25-20. The winning Nottingham score came in the 77^th minute when the other second row Lee Morley went over to level the scores and Barlow ‘s conversion gave them the win.

Cornish Pirates 26 (Tries: Ma’asi 2 (11, 53), McAtee (61). Con: Di Bernardo. Pens: Di Bernardo 3 (2, 18, 24).      

Doncaster 23 (Tries: Earnshaw (30), Gollings (43). Cons: Gollings 2. Pens: Gollings 3 (8, 36, 50).      

This top of the table clash sees the Cornish Pirates narrowly winning to move up the table.   

Alberto Di Bernardo put the home side ahead with a 2^nd minute penalty goal to lead 3-0. Six minutes later it was all square with Ben Gollings replying for the visitors.

The Pirates went 10-3 ahead with the game s first try on 11 minutes through hooker Viliami Ma’asi and Di Bernardo converted. Two Di Bernardo penalty goals on 18 and 24 minutes saw them extend their lead to 16-3. Doncaster were right back in it by half time after a try from No 8 Russell Earnshaw, Gollings converted and put over a penalty goal  to see his side go in three points down at the break.

They continued where they left off in the first half early in the second period with Gollings going in for a try which he converted and then put over a 50^th minute penalty goal to make it 23-16.

Ma’asi completed a double with a try on 53 minutes and they took the lead again when winger Rhodri McAtee went in for his 13^th try of the season in what proved the match winning score.
