Centre Shaun Woof has been ruled out for at least a month with a neck injury which he sustained early in last Saturday's National One defeat at Sedgley Park.
Woof, a former Leeds player, was taken off after he was injured in the first minute collision and is unlikely to play again before mid-January.
Winger Nick Baxter is also likely to be out of action for another month because of complications with his recovery from a thigh muscle injury which he sustained playing for the Barbarians against Combined Services at Aldershot last week.
But full-back Dave Knight and lock Rob Hurrell should both return for the cup tie having been forced to withdraw from the trip to Sedgley Park on the morning of the game.
Knight had to attend the birth of his son and Hurrell was laid low by flu.
Mike Davies, who came off the bench at Sedgley Park, is likely to partner Scott Williams in Woof's absence and Tim Walsh is likely to move to fly-half from full-back in place of Mark Woodrow to accommodate Knight's return.
