Warrington Wolves will be looking to progress into the quater finals of the Challenge Cup and a step closer to a place at The New Wembley stadium for the final in August when National League Two side Barrow Raiders travel to The Halliwell Jones stadium. Wolves finally looked to be back to there best in the impressive 50-18 defeat of Salford City Reds in the Millenium Magic clash played at The Millenium stadium in Cardiff. Barrow are currently top of the National League Two following 5 victories out of 5 so far in 2007 and are sure to provide a stern test for the Wolves on Sunday.

Teamnews

Warrington Wolves are likely to field a strong team for the visit of Barrow Raiders as the club looks to move into the quater final stages of the compertition. Paul Wood and Michael Sullivan are reaching match fitness and may play some part of the match. No fresh injuries were picked up in the victory over Salford so the Wolves are nearing full strength for the first time in 2007.

Warrington Wolves will be saddened by the news of young forward Michael Cooper who is currently in Intersive Care at Warrington Hospital following difficulties during an operation to repair the Fibula and Tibula. Cooper was injured in the Wolves U18's clash against Salford on Saturday at Wilderspool. My wishes are with the Cooper family at this sad time, and i wish Michael himself a speedy recovery.

Barrow have a strong part time squad which includes many former Super League players who will no doubt add some experience to the team against the full time Wolves side. Former Hull KR star Pat Weisner is now on the books at Craven Park and will be hoping to guide his team to a shock victory against a Super League side.
