Wolves secure a Penny for 4 years

Warrington Wolves have secured teenage winger Kevin Penny for a futher 4 years at the Halliwell Jones Stadium. The Wolves have acted quickly to prevent other clubs trying to poach the local lad away from the club. Kevin Penny has already scored 9 tries for the club in 6 apperances.

Warrington Wolves have handed teenage winger Kevin Penny a new 4 year contract which will keep him at the Halliwell Jones Stadium until the end of 2011. Penny has burst on the scene following an impressive 9 tries in only 6 appearances so far in 2007.

Due to his impressive displays, he is now recognised as a first choice winger ahead of Henry Fa'afili who will be moved to the centres to play along side the youngster.

Penny made his first full apperance for the Wolves in the away defeat to Leeds Rhinos back in June and has been present in the team ever since. Due to the speed and skill of the youngster many are stating that he is faster then former Wigan star Martin Offiah who took the Rugby League world by storm during his career.
