Grose gets green light to face Hull

Warrington full-back Brent Grose has been cleared of tripping following an incident during his side's recent 30-16 victory over Hull.

Hull coach John Kear had called for action to be taken after the Australian appeared to cynically trip winger Nathan Blacklock as he chased his own kick.

But the authorities reviewed video evidence and decided not to refer the incident to a disciplinary committee.

Grose, who has been an ever-present in the Warrington team this season, is now free to face Hull when the two sides meet again in the play-offs on Saturday.
