Even with the changed up backline due to injuries I think, we should have too much for Tigers especially up front, so Tigers 12 - 35 Chiefs.

Cantorna stretchered off with what looks as if it may be a serious ankle injury. She was clearly in a lot of pain.
That’s a blow losing McGoverne and Cantorna to injury in successive games. Fortunately, we’ve got a bye next weekend, and the next round isn’t until 29 May, by which time hopefully at least one of them will be fit again.
Gabby has broke her ankle, real shame, Liv should be fit for the next game though after the 6 nations.
