The Match Reports

The clubs first met over a hundred years ago in the 1898-99 season, an 18-8 win for the Cherry & Whites. They have met over a hundred times since. In the nineties Glos dominated proceedings but the Saints fought back going through a purple patch with four wins out of five over the West Country men. A triple by Glos last season, including the Powergen Cup Final was avenged somewhat by the game at the Gardens earlier this month.
