More from those lyrical chappies from the ComeOn YouSaints.Com message board. From personal messages of good luck and congratulations to the predicted doom of this weeks opponents check below. Contibutors joining WMS this week are Saint Ian, St. Marlowe, Binary Bob and site editor Chris. Saint Ian
A brummie we call Sideshow Joe,
Won Saints' MOTM twice in a row,
In defence and attack,
This mighty fullback,
Showed just how fast he really could go.

West Midlands Saint
Confused with the great Sideshow Bob
Our Joe does a rather good job
Though with all his curls
The Offy Site girls
Have named him their dearest heart throb.

West Midlands Saint
Tomorrow our Smurf's 21
He's sure to be out having fun
And though he'll feel old
As the years now unfold
Believe me, that fun's just begun.

West Midlands Saint
So Bump Bump has found a new lump
And it's not that she's just getting plump
And this excellent growth
Means congrats to you both
Sleepless nights? - now Rich don't be a grump.

Chris!
Well someone called it a Blott
And even their pitch a gluepot
But they've signed Donny Mack
To improve their pack
Now i'm sure its an awfly nice spot!

West Midlands Saint
It now seems the editor Chris
Has joined our poetical bliss
He's ventured to Ode
From his Computer code
Or is he just taking the mickey?

Binary Bob
I wonder.. do any of you know,
With a needle and thread how to sew?
I'm convinced that its time,
With these outbursts of rhyme,
For a poetical shirt from JETSCO!

Binary Bob
For a wedding I understand that,
It's compulsory to buy a new hat,
But what should one buy,
When a twinkling eye,
Lets on that someone's begat?

St. Marlowe
In Bristol's fair city where the Saints play so pretty
We’ll focus our sights on the Championship cup
At the end of the season,
It gives us a reason
For Silver, and glory, to strive to strive O

Chorus:-
To Strive to Strive O, Strive to Strive O
For ranking and Silver we’ll strive we’ll strive O

We call him the Smudger, and he is a wonder
He’s taken us far since the turn of the year
Saints will fight till the whistle
To smudgerate Brizzle
The Silver and Glory will be Saints’, never fear

Chorus:-
Saints never fear, Saints never fear
Twickenham beckons again this year

Bris cannot resist us and no one can save them
Their hopes of revival will go belly up
As the Saints go for Glory
One more page in the story
Of Smudger and Jimmies, and a stonking great cup

Chorus:-
Smudger and Jimmies, Smudger and Jimmies
For Smudger and Jimmies a stonking great cup

COME ON YOU SAINTS

St Marlowe

West Midlands Saint
So Sat'dee mornin' we travel down west
To take on old Deano and whoop Bristol's best
We're playing for something, the noo Zippee cup
Let's hope that this time the pitch ain't frozen up.

As air owld Bert'd say "Well chaps, blow me,
But just Who the hell is that Contepomi?"
A right swarthy chappy, with film star good looks
Not a clean cut young Englishman like Archie Brooks.

And can you tell me, are there other games
Where a player's allowed to use two first names?
Phil Christophers, yes that's the one that I mean
And he's not alone - there's that bloke Ryan, Dean.

Conor's brother - you know him - that's right - Pin O'shea
Sounds like a game that as kids we would play
In the urinals - yew kent 've forgot?
Who won the title 'Most acc'rate Pee Shot.

Yes Augustin Pichot, that Argentine gaucho
Struts round the pitch like the Marx brother, Groucho.
Nose in the air and his backside stuck out
One of air back row'll give him a clout.

That old comic twosome - Little and Short
And then David Rees now so easily caught
The famous Nabaro - I don't like to tease
Sounds like an MP surrounded by sleaze.

Sheridan, Sturnham, Drahm and the rest
Are hoping that Sat'dee their Lee will be Best
But McCarthy, Matt Carrington, poor Spencer Brown
At Half past Four they'll be wearing a frown.

So West Country Boys - don't be sad and don't grizzle
'Cos Sat'dee the Jimmies'll hammer poor Brizzle!
And you won't have to wait long to see the departure
To the bin, of that bloody great thug Gareth Archer.

For my 200th posting to date
I think that right here I should state
The Saints gift to me
For 2003
The Zippee served up on a plate!

West Midlands Saint
Now Bristol is famous for sherry
That's right, it is called Bristol Cream
Too much of it makes you feel merry
And sing a lot, so it would seem.

I always thought it was an ointment
Though now I know that's not the case.
I applied some to a young lady
And she gave me a slap round the face.

She screamed 'Sir kindly unhand me'
I blushed a bright shade of peuce
I knew that my actions were hasty
'Cos we hadn't yet been introduced.

She told me that she'd call a bobby
To lock me up in Bristol gaol
If I didn't give her 10 shillings,
'That week she was having a sale'

So much for being a neighbour!
And helping a poor young girl out.
I'd spent all my spare cash on Guinness
So soon got another great clout

I had only tried to be friendly
I can tell you I damn quickly fled
Down the Memorial Stadium
To sing for the Jimmies instead.

Till Saturday Bristol, our hosts
'll have no time for bragging or boasts
Oh it is such a shame
But we can't have a game
'Cos someone's run off with the posts.

It seems they've been digging the pitch
I know that it seems a bit rich
Not expected to use it
'Cos at P.C. they'd lose it
And now the sod looks like a ditch.

Or the Argentine version of verse two:

It seems they've been deegging the peetch
I know that it seems a bit reech
Not expected to use it
'Cos at P.C. they'd lose it
And now it has sand like a beeeeeach.
