The first National Rugby Supporters Association Touch Rugby Tournament is being held at Sunbury (London Irishs old ground)on July 13th. If you are interested in taking part in the SSC team, we start training at 10am on Sunday June 16th, in Victoria Park, St. James, Northampton, map below. We aim to raise some money for Sport Relief.

The important attributes for Touch Rugby are speed, communication and most of all a sense of fun!

There are no rugby boots to be warn for this touch rugby tournament, only trainers!

Now, of course, this team will need SUPPORTERS to help them through the Tournament. A coach has been booked in readiness. If you want to go down for the day please give Maggie Walker a ring on 07778 280898. The fare will probably be £10-£12 and we will be departing quite early, around 7.30am. London Irish are known for their hospitality so I’m sure it will be a good day out! At this point I cannot say what time we will be back in Northampton, which is a concern for those of us with invitations to Alan and Ruth’s evening Reception, but as soon as I know I will pass the info on to you.
