England's team will be led by former captain and British and Irish Lion Martin Corry and will include several members of the 2003 World Cup winning team. England's most-capped player, Jason Leonard, will return to his former home ground, to take part. Other heroes of 2003 include Jason Robinson, Paul Grayson, Mark Regan and Josh Lewsey. They'll be joined by other recent internationals: Richard Cockerill, Tim Stimpson, Matt Perry, Garath Archer, Dan Luger and Ben Clarke - all subject to availability.

The South African Rugby Legends will be led by their Assistant Coach and SARLA CEO John Allan, the ex Scottish and Springbok hooker and their Coach (former Sharks and Springbok Coach) Ian McIntosh. The South African Rugby Legends Association (SARLA), which will be a beneficiary of the event, was originally set up to raise funds for the development of rugby at grass roots and club rugby in South Africa. Today SARLA has grown into a full blown social awareness charity using Sport as the catalyst to bring people together and then evolving their sport aspirations as well as educating them about health, wealth and social characteristics. SARLA has embarked on a sustainable Legacy Park project which has become their flagship, whereby over a 10 year period they are planning to raise One Billion Rand.

England Legends, Martin Corry and Jason Leonard, would like to make this an annual fixture, inviting Legends teams from the different rugby playing nations to play competitive and entertaining rugby for their fans from around the world and raising funds for nominated charities at each match. The England nominated charity will be announced at a future date.
